The First Robot of Fuda Dongkang Crankshaft Company Was Put into Use
On the evening of March 29, the robot
operation site of Fuda Dongkang Crankshaft Company in Xiangyang was bright, and
the installation was carried out in a tense and orderly manner. After a week of
intensive construction and careful debugging, the company's first Anchuan GP180
robot completed on-line operation to achieve automatic detection and handling
after crankshaft’s fine grinding.
Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd. has signed a
strategic cooperation agreement with Anchuan Shougang Robot Co., Ltd., and the
two sides cooperate to build a model enterprise of intelligent manufacturing.
The successful application of first Anchuan Robot in Dongkang Crankshaft Company
indicates that the process of intelligent manufacturing of Fuda Co., Ltd. is
speeding up again.
In recent years, the strategic planning of
Intelligent Manufacturing in Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd. has been pushing forward
continuously. Based on the original intelligent production line and robots’ upgrading
and transformation, the "five-year plan" for adding new robotic
equipment is put forward, in 2023, basically achieving the goal of intelligent
manufacturing.
